  • Winter can be so o o o o long. I need the sunshine! This job I am at now has my office inside the warehouse. I can see a corner of one window to see if it is sunny or gray but that is all. I long to be outdoors. It is too early for garden, everything would freeze. The snow is beginning to get old so winter sports are waning. The horses are restless and getting hard to handle because of wanting the same things I do. LET ME OUT TO RUN!!!

Will this restlessness lead me somewhere this year? My desire is to use the energy to accomplish something. What? I don't know. I am open for suggestions from my friends.

  • Time Change

Time change! ARRRGH. I really have a hard time adjusting to the time changes. I wish they would decide to leave the time one way or the other. I really don't care which way, just don't change it back and forth. The benefits are a marketing ploy. There are no savings and there are no less crimes. It is a bit like Al Gore's "Inconvienent truth" about Global warming. There is no evidence that it is true.

This year there is more recorded ice at the poles than there has been for fifty years. What do they want to do with that statistic? Look at the snow on the east coast? Well I will get off my soapbox for now.

  • Confusion

I am shopping for a computer that will deal with both business and personal. It must support Quickbooks, Adobe 8, Microsoft Office and be WIFI ready. I have looked at Dell, they have a couple, the Vostros 1400 and the Latitude D430. I looked at the HP Pavilion but can't make heads or tails of how they compare. I hear Toshiba has some good models but how do I know which is what?

Anyone have any help. I want to purchase by the end of this month to get the best deals for the new computer releases.

  • Racing life

There are so very many things going on in my life right now I don't know where to start. My "BABY" is going to have a baby. The baby dropped suddenly giving her a very uncomfortable abdomen. (ahhhh) Well, that is the way it works sometimes. She is looking tired. I know she is ready and just waiting for the baby to get ready for birth. Everything looks great, only 24 lbs gained, strong heartbeat, turned and dropped in proper position. She has her bag packed for the hospital. The new Dad "says" he's ready, but we all know how that goes. I am excited.

I went to church Sunday morning and the sermon was on the "seed and the sower" from Luke 8. It spoke to me again of the vision I have to create a place to produce food for christian people. The time is coming when there will be very little fertile ground for us as God's chosen. Beware of the end times sneaking around the corner!

I went to a financial health fair on Saturday. I am on the right track and with God's help I will get there soon. I will share more of my life later this month. I must email this blog site to my cousin. She is an avid knitter and I want to connect her to Crunchymountainmomma. They have alot in common. Maybe one day soon I can go back to my quilting. In the meantime I will be content with what God is doing in my life.

  • Hey, I was able to connect to the wireless here at work with my poor damaged computer. I will try to connect to the internet later tonight. I have to go out and feed horses and clean but should be able to start posting on a regular basis. There are several I want to start making connections with. My knit crazed friend and my cousin, then my far out sis. I know all will work out for me this year. Gratitude to everyone who has stuck by me!
